Acai Whey Protein Shakes

These whey protein shakes are sure to jump start your metabolism and aid in muscle recovery and fat burning potential!

Chocoberry Acai Shake:
1 cup of milk
Splash of acai juice/puree
2 Tbsp of lowfat cottage cheese
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I prefer IsoPure)
1-2 Tbsp of unfiltered essential fatty acids
1 banana

Add everything to blender except banana. Blend for 30 seconds on medium setting. Add banana and pulse blender to frappe the shake. Drink and enjoy!

Acai Banana Crème Shake:
1 cup of milk
Splash of acai juice/puree
1 scoop of banana creme protein powder (I prefer Musclemilk)
1-2 Tbsp of unfiltered essential fatty acids
1 banana

Add everything to blender except banana. Blend for 30 seconds on medium setting. Add banana and pulse blender to frappe the shake. Drink and enjoy!
