Natural Remedy For Eczema Made Easy
I'll show you a simple, no nonsense way to use a natural remedy for eczema so you don't have to constantly worry about the way your dry skin looks or feels.
Feeling itchy? Flaky? Have inflamed red spots on your body?Yup, it could be eczema. What's next?
If you're like millions of people, chances are you've had an outbreak of eczema at some point in your life. It can be annoying, embarrassing, or downright impossible to live your life.
I have some good news, though. Although there are no absolute eczema cures, you CAN treat eczema skin symptoms so they aren't the focus of your daily life.
Certain areas of the body are more prone to eczema than others. Usually eczema shows up on sensitive areas and produces facial eczema, eczema on hands, scalp eczema, eye eczema, nipple eczema, and breast eczema. Usually with the right eczema remedies, you can alleviate the dermatitis on these sensitive areas.
What causes eczema? Change in season? Dryer sheets? Moisturizers?I found that lots of people are searching for “eczema new jersey.” From my personal experience with eczema, changes in climate or season may trigger the eczema on my neck. Winter seasons usually are the most pronounced because of the relatively low moisture in the air. The most important information to take away from this is something in your life triggers the rash.
Natural remedy for eczema: Remove the eczema trigger and stop scratching the itchIf you have an allergy to foods causing eczema, then the solution is to abstain from that food. Get yourself to the allergist; take the test. Find out what you're allergic to and remove it from your diet.
Which foods cause eczema?Common food to avoid with eczema are peanuts, shellfish, dairy products, and gluten products like pasta or bread. If you have an allergy to milk, eczema may show up too.
If you get an allergy test that comes back negative for these foods, chances are something else is triggering your outbreak.
Eczema Natural Cure: Treat your detergent, dryer sheets, deodorant, soap, and moisturizers as probable triggers. If you already have a dry, itchy rash, you need to treat it so the inflammation goes down and the itching subsides. This isn't an eczema natural cure, but it'll sure help with the treatment. Below are some eczema remedies.
Shower using medium temperature water. Not scalding hot and steamy. You'll suck the moisture right out of your skin that way. Use mild soap with no additives. Dove makes some good stuff.
If you're really itchy, an oatmeal bath is a great home remedy for eczema. Aveeno makes oatmeal baths that work wonders. Get out of the bath or shower and pat yourself dry with a towel. Don't rub; you'll only aggravate your skin.
This next step is crucial. Within 3 minutes of drying off, use a good quality moisturizer. This allows the water moisture to lock itself into your skin. Do this once per day. One more thing. In case I forgot to mention this, don't scratch the itch!
You'll find that with some simple daily maintenance, your eczema will become controllable and you can go about your daily life. This natural remedy for eczema is simple and should only consume about 15 minutes of your routine.
It's worth mentioning that while some doctors say diet doesn't create eczema skin symptoms, I am a firm believer in supplementing with plenty of antioxidant rich foods like acai. The good fats will help lubricate your skin and help replenish the moisture you've lost. This is another natural remedy for eczema that will help heal your dry and cracked skin from the inside out.
