Acai Juice and Smoothies

These acai juice concoctions and smoothie recipes taste great, pack potent antioxidants, and are a sure way to quench your thirst!

Acai Smoothie
Handful of ice
1 scoop of lowfat vanilla yogurt
Splash of acai berry juice
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
Handful of strawberries

Add everything except fruit to blender and leave on high for 45 seconds Add fruit and frappe. Enjoy!

Acai/Orange Smoothie:
Handful of ice
Splash of orange juice
Splash of acai berry juice/pulp
1 scoop of lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 banana

Add everything except fruit to blender and leave on high for 45 seconds Add fruit and frappe.

Acai Berry Slushy:
1 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup raspberries
3/8 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of wheatgerm
splash of acai berry juice

Blend the frozen blueberries until they start to break up. Add the remainder of ingredients, blend, and enjoy. Makes one cup.
